Preowned. Has been enjoyed over the years so is in used condition and the bowls and rim may need to be cleaned along with the other parts of the pipe.The condition is as I received it from the estate. I haven\'t done any cleaning to them.I don\'t know how you would properly clean a pipe so I am leaving any cleaning needed to the buyer.Used zoom up option to see details of pipe in the photos.When in doubt please don\'t hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Measurements: I used a guide off the internet to determine the size since I had no idea how to measure a pipe.All measurements are taken at widest points with a tape measure.
