Shipping worldwide via registered and priority airmail with tracking number (Europe - $4.19, Rest of the world - $5.19). For the neighbouring countries (Greece, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Turkey) it\'s a little lower. I\'m trying to keep the shipping costs as low as possible but have to use priority mail because otherwise sometimes there are severe delays and people start open \"item not received\" cases. Although for the EU and the neighbouring countries I can use just registered mail so ask for an invoice and specify the preferred shipping method.
