may have never been used
we found no chips, cracks, crazing, flatware marks , loss of pattern, staining, etc.

so sorry to have to go on & on about this folks ....... its not whining...its fact ....and placed here in defense off all sellers, not just us
those little stars they ask you click ...well those are important to the sellers ratings .. if they are judged unfairly by the buyer ... they can do harm ....& a couple of those categories ... the seller has no power to change (like shipping costs)
in THIS country now charges the SELLER 9 percent of shipping charges .... so factor in that 9% of postal fees, ....then packaging supplies & cost of gas to drop off packages , the many hours of labor ; etc, etc .... & you will better understand that most sellers actually LOSE a good amount of funds where shipping is concerned ..... ...............especially sellers like us .... who offer larger items such as furniture / large art / lighting / etc
we don\'t \"create\" postal costs ..that is done by UPS & USPS
hey ..... if we could afford to offer free shipping we would ....but we already spend a couple thousand a year just on packing supplies so that your items arrive safely!
another factor a lot of buyers may not realize... final fee costs have about DOUBLED in the past couple years.... ..... (they make it look like they are doing the seller a favor by not charging the 25 cent to a dollar listing fees up to 50 items .... but instead ... they greatly increased the Final Fee Charge ..... when we started over 17 years ago ... I believe the FF was 2.8 % ? ....now its nearly 10 % .......PLUS the 9 % of shipping ...PLUS the PAYPAL fees (which no longer owns )
won\'t you please take into consideration the VERY high commission each seller pays for every single item they sell ...before you push that less than 5 score at the shipping cost slot ??
the other stars..... item not as described??? ...well ....we supply several images in ALL of our listings ..... & at times we show images with giant arrows pointing at any flaws we feel not only need to be mentioned...but also pointed out visually .. ....
lack of communication??...won\'t be from our end ... at some point we check our emails 7 days a week & are always quick as possible to respond to any questions .....
shipping time?? ..... ...... my husband will wrap a package any day of the week & will ship them any day of the week that the post office / UPS is open…even though he pulling a full shift at his “real job”
again.... we apologize for having to spout all this...but believe it or not ...there are still people out there who think listing on is fun / free and \"not really work \" ........ boy oh boy is that a misconception ! !
