This listing is for a \"gorgeous\" antique reproduction of 1800s French doll. Doll is incised by artist on the side of her head \"Becky ...... and 88\", see photos. This is a bisque porcelain socket head with Seeley style composition replica French body. Body is strung fine, jointed at the neck, elbows, hips and knees with all fingers intact. Doll displays well sitting or with a doll stand. Body has straight wrists. I see no damage. A lovely face with stationary \"stay open\" brown eyes, painted black lashes around her eyes, feathered brows, she has closed mouth with accent line through the lips, faint little dimple in her chin, wonderful blush on her \"perfect\" little face. She is wearing white earrings. A lovely long dark blonde wig with bangs secure on her head. Wears charming Turn of the Century style drop waist dress with lace and bead accents, it has a few stitches up the back so I did not remove the dress, I looked under and the body and it is fine, I see no damage. She wears full slip, pantaloons, stockings and black shoes. Her straw hat with flowers, ribbon and lace accents. Clothing is clean and in nice condition like this doll. I believe her clothing designed especially for her. This reproduction doll is of excellent quality, close resemblance to the antique French Bebe as you will find, and would be a \"Treasure\" for collection or display!
