This sale is for the pictured very nice Spooky Town LEMAX retired 2002 Alford Mansion. It is in excellent condition. It has a spinning plastic cylinder inside that casts ghost figures on the inside of the windows all around the house itself. LOTS of details on the piece: tombstones, jack o lanterns on the front porch and house detailing. It measures around 8\" tall out of the box and approx. 8\" wide as well. There is no damage other than the plastic roof topper is loose. It may have been meant to be that way to access the bulb inside. It isn\'t broke, just sits in place.
