This 2007 $1 Gold Louis coin is a beautifully struck pure gold $1 coin.

This coin is minted in pure 99.99% gold. This gold louis coin commemorates the treasure found in the wreck of a French vessel lost near Cape Breton in 1760. The reverse shows a beautiful image of a French gold coin: a \"1726 Louis d\'or aux lunettes\".The obverse of the coin carries the proof finish image of the Queen (by Susanna Blunt) against a mirror background. The coin is 14.1 mm in diameter and weighs 1,581 grams. The comes encapsulated in an airtight capsule which is then set into a red leather display case case. There is a black cardboard sleeve surrounding the case. Inside the case is also found a uniquely numbered certificate of authenticity. Mintage of this coin was only 4,023.MINT CONDITION COIN!!!
