I have a small women\'s bike frame/fork that is built around 700c wheels.
This was my daughters duathlon/triathlon bike when she was ages 9-13 and has recently outgrown it. I bought this frame specifically because being based around 700c wheels, I knew I could one day transfer everything to a larger frame which is what I did.
I put it as size 50cm but it has a sloping top tube so it really is like size 48-52cm.
This frame/fork would work for a smaller framed woman as well.
Comes Bottom BracketFrame is 6061 SLA Aluminum.
