This 20pc kit fits neatly inside one of our sturdy waterproof storage containers that also has a lanyard for convenient carrying or securing. Inside the waterproof storage container we’ve packed in a 5 function utility pocket knife. This knife features all of the basic survival tools: scissors, nail file, multi-purpose blade, tweezers and a toothpick. The uses are endless – and it even has a key ring so you can attach it to your belt if need be. Worried about staying warm? Don’t fear, we’ve included a magnesium fire starter. This bad boy features a serrated striker as well as a magnesium rod in metal housing.For a multitude of purposes, we’ve included 25ft of our survival Kevlar cord. This cord is constructed of three strands of Kevlar thread and has a breaking strength of 200lbs. It’s coated with polyurethane which gives it UV resistance and added abrasion resistance. Kevlar can be used to create snares, traps, make-shift shelters and so much more. Inside the kit you’ll also find a floating emergency whistle compass with a hidden containter. The bright orange whistle emits a high-pitched sound significantly louder than a conventional ball whistle, and features a lanyard so you can hang it around your neck. Use it to alert others if you find yourself stranded, either at sea or in the woods.
