This doll was made around the turn of the century by Simon Halbig. She is an ethnic series doll marked on the back of her head 1358, Germany, Simon Halbig, S & H and 9. There are no chips, cracks or repairs to her head and her original body and original paint is in excellent shape with all her fingers and toes. She has gorgeous big brown eyes. She is wearing a vintage Mohair ethnic style wig with an antique head piece, lovely pierced ears with vintage jumeau blue earrings and matching necklace. Her dress, slip, pantaloons, shoes-(are amazing) and socks are antique/ vintage. Her dress and shoes remind me of a victorian girl. I did not undress as I want to preserve her clothing, but will send additional pictures to a serious buyer upon request. She also comes with a beautiful antique dress from the 1920\'s with a pearl necklace. This size is seldom seen and are highly sought after. She has been treasured in a glass cabinet away from sunlight and her preservation is magnificent! Her book value is upwards of $13,000. Thank you. Lay away available.
