Jackson, Sutler, ______________Dollar________cents, and deduct the same from my pay at next pay day.\"All sutler items are very scarce, and this piece of scrip is no exception!!
Absolutely original, with the nice period paper and \"impressed\" printing style. Hand cut.

Kind of a neat thing as you have probably read about soldiers building up credit accounts with the sutlers for things they wanted and needed between the long pay periods during the Civil War.
