All of my items are from a smoke free home. Most are freshly laundered when I bring them in and any obvious stains are soaked out. I am human with human eyes and at the mercy of lighting sometimes so there may be times that a faint stain is missed. Items with obvious damage are not sold. At times there may be something small that can\'t be removed or slight damage that does not deter from the item and I will sell it anyway but note it in the body of the sale.

Below is my way of determining the quality of an item. I generally am very critical about my grading so you may feel it\'s in better condition that how it is listed. If your item arrives and you feel that a mistake has been made or the item arrives in a condition that is less than how it was listed, please contact me before you leave bad response. I am very easy to work with and while I do not accept returns, I will work with the buyer to make them happy.

All of my items are used or considered used unless I purchase them from a store myself or there are tags hanging off them when they come to me.

NWT- The item clearly has the tags still attached to it.
NWOT-The item is new but either does not have tags any longer or did not come with tags. I do not assume items I did not purchase are new without tags so if it is listed this way then I have personal knowledge the item is brand new.
Excellent Gently Used- Items that appear new or nearly new, but I do not know for certain they have never been used. They may appear to have been worn once or twice but show no dirt or signs of wear and look like they have either never been washed or have only been washed once or twice....if an item appears to be brand new and never laundered I do not wash it myself so the buyer can see for him/herself the like new condition.
Very Good Gently Used- Item is not faded from washing, does not look to be worn a lot, and has bright crisp color or a bright white.
Good Gently Used- Most items are in this condition. These are items that have normal wear. They may be slightly faded from washing...especially darker colors. The fabric may be softer from washing or looking a little less new. Fleece may show a bit of texture and other knapped fabric may show a little bit of wear to it.
Gently Used Condition- These are items that are still great clothing but may not be as fresh any more. These might have faded colors or whites that are not quite as bright. There might be some pilling on items (though I do use a clothing shaver on any I can get off). The jeans may have whiter knees or frayed bottoms (though it will be noted in the sale if this is the case). Iron ons may be cracked a little bit. Nothing I listed in this category is unusable and many may feel I am overly critical when I list something as gently used and not better, but it\'s difficult for you to tell over the internet what something looks like in person and I would rather low ball a description so you as the buyer feel better when you get it and think it looks better than you expected.
