For your consideration, a lot of 25 German notgeld notes. This is my stock photo, so notes may vary a little. Notgeld in german means (emergency money or money out of necessity). These notes were issued by local townships, banks, ect. in place of German Marks due to an hyperinflationary Environment during World War I. People had lost faith in the Mark and used these as currency in its place. Also used were silver, gold, commodities, and US dollars. They are really pleasing to the eyes!
