Hand painted PINK CABBAGE ROSES GLOBE / BALL SHADE


Absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!!!! For your consideration is this beautiful Antique Banquet hand painted pink floral cabbage / ENGLISH roses gone with the wind / victorian GWTW lamp. This beautiful and gorgeous lamp is hand painted floral design, in colors of pink cabbage roses , varying pink hues. . It is really beautiful, large huge rather globe ball shade hand painted floral roses. Note both the top globe ball shade and the font / globe shade at the base of the lamp have the same design of gorgeous multi color roses. well pretty close in my opinion.All original shades matching , not reproductions. This GWTW lamp is original condition as found.

I used a chimney to show in the picture I may throw in a chimney shade,if I find one that fits.

The roses pattern gone with the wind lamps are really highly sought after and collectible.


Only FLAWS: the round ring at the base of lamp . between the footed base and the glass painted font has a crack. needs to be replace and rewired. All the other pieces are fine. no cracks, chips or dents to the other pieces.

Just a knowledgable person in rewiring antique lamps cant bring this beautiful lamp to life for your enjoyment.

Measurements are:


The whole lamp 26\" (I measured it with a glass chimeny I had available) I may find another glass chimney for the GWTW Lmap.

  • 11\"tallapproximately, 34\" circumference. Hand painted pink cabbage ROSES

  • 19\" Tall / 8.5\" across .
  • Brass font.
  • it has been converted , I believe it can be reversed.
  • This GWTW lamp needs some tlc.
  • the gold ring holding the hand painted roses base and the metal base is broken.. so you would need to replace that.
  • I am sure a talened antique restoration / lamp restoration person, can give it a new life.
  • Please see photo. I am not expert with GWTW Lamp amd their sturcture. I am selling it as is/ as found condition.

there is a small chip at the top edge of the globe ball shade. see photo.. I am sure it can be touched up .

The big picture of the gone with the wind lamp is good. these are very hard to come around... special the hand painted roses floral pattern

absolutely gorgeous, beautiful and delicate. Packing this lamp would be a project in itself. I use quality packing material to pack this lamp to ensure safe delivery.
