Due to the nature of the item being handmade, I do not accept returns at this time, unless there was a gross error made on my part in the listing or shipment damage. In either case, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I would be more than happy to assist you promptly. You MUST keep all ORIGINAL packaging & materials for any return. Photos must be taken of the box and damage to the sculpture and forwarded to me on email ASAP so a claim can be started. A replacement will be sent out to you ASAP.
