These shooting badges were issues to Illinois State Troopers to be worn on their uniforms after attaining various levels of shooting classification during quarterly pistol shoots. These all are in excellent condition.
These were received from a relative who was an Illinois State Trooper in Chicago in the 1930\'s-40\'s ... They have been passed down to me and I\'ve loved them for so very long and now its time for them to go to a new home.
Some of you police memorabilia collectors out there would know the historic value of having just one of these shooting metals...but all three in one collection? That is a rare find.
You would be hard pressed to find another one anywhere out there... let alone all three.
