Offered for sale isthis great collection of 3 Vintage Holt Howard Era Egg Cups. There are 2 Children’sCups with Tweedy Birds & an Anthropormorphic French Man w/Beret Lid!One of the Children’s Cups has what appears to be Holt Howard label on thebottom. The other 2 cups do not have labels. I have seen other cups made byLefton & Napco over the years. The Bird cups measure 3½” HX 2” at Base X 2½”Across the top. The yellow egg cup has a tiny chip at the top rim (see photos).The Beret Cup measures 4“High x 2 “Base x 3” Across the top. Otherwise all cupsare in great condition with terrific graphics. Please see the pictures for whatI described. I found these well packed away with other Vintage &Mid-Century items in my Families Estate! Check out my other sale for all theother Collectibles like these! I am a collector of vintage items but by nomeans am I an expert on or describing this item (or much of anything for thatmatter!) but I have tried to do my best. If I have omitted a detail it is notintentional.

Now for the fine print! I guess some people would call it “Terms”!

Please Read if you are running a scam &ordering & then asking for you Money back without following my terms or rules. Last person that did that left me negative response because I followed rules, guess that is the cost of not giving into a scam but it is a priceI am willing to pay to not give into someone dishonest!!!!

Shipping –Shipping costs are notnegotiable and are not refundable. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF GLOBALSHIPPING PROGRAM!!! Unless I have specified a flat rate, the successful buyerwill pay actual shipping costs, (e-mail me with your zip so I can give youcosts) I pack in bubble wrap and sturdy boxes, padded envelopes or appropriatepackaging for the item regardless of what I am shipping. Tracking is includedon all eligible packages. I always ship breakable items via priority mail &include insurance in the shipping on any Priority Package. If the postalservice handling causes damage the easiest way if for the person who has theitems to make the claim. If you choose not to make the claim, I will make theclaim so you can get your money back but the item must 1st be returned to me inthe same packaging I used to send it. When the item is returned at my expense Iwill return the funds & file the claim myself. This is the only exceptionto my No Returns Policy, there are no other returns and there are absolutely noreturn of insurance funds until I receive the package back. Too many buyers aresaying the item is damaged or slightly damaging items themselves so they canget a refund. They then demand their money back because they don’t know how toor don’t think they should have to file an insurance claim. That doesn’t workfor me. No funds for insurance will be returned unless I get the item back,there will be no partial refunds for any reason!

Multiple Items – I will combine shipping andsend a revised invoice with updated shipping charges.

Shipping HandlingTime – Withinthree (3) business days following payment I will have the package in the mail.Most of the time I have it in the mail in 1 day. Again, the faster you pay, thefaster you will receive your item.

Payment- It should be made by PayPal (mypreferred payment option). The item willbe shipped within 3(THREE) business days of receipt. Payment is EXPECTED within3 (THREE) days of the sale. Payment MUST be received WITHIN 4 days of theend of the sale. (Unless other arrangements are made before the 4 days isup). If payment has not been received or I have not had communication from youin 3 days, 1 reminder will be sent. Ifat the end of 4 days you still have not communicated with me or made otherarrangements (I am easy to deal with, life happens) will automaticallyopen a case for non-payment. Unfortunately, a run of non-paying buyers haveforced me to take this step, please make sure you wish to buy the item beforeyou offer. Combined Shipping- I am always happy to combine shipping on packagesending within 3 days of each other. I will combine the weight of the items andchange the rate appropriately. I do not assume responsibility for uninsureditems damaged during shipping. Items are sold as is; I have tried my best togive an accurate and complete description of all items.

FYI- I have a tidy Non-Smoking Homebut I do have a Geriatric Siamese Cat that is my life. She for the most partdoesn’t go near the room I keep items for sale but I cannot guarantee thatyou will not find a stray cat hair on something I sell. Cat Hair is my favoriteaccessory so more likely than not it came from me!

Vintage Items- Most of the items I sell iseither from my family, my collection or something that was given to me or Ipicked up at an estate sale & changed my mind about keeping. Not being anexpert about anything I will do my best to describe the item to the best of myability & take pictures to show all aspects but all items are “AS IS”. All Sales are Final! I will not issue refundsbecause you have buyer’s remorse or did not completely read the description orask questions before you offer. Of course if I made a mistake in the descriptionor the item was not what I listed it as I will work with the buyer but read adthoroughly & ask questions!

response – I leave response for all buyers only after I havereceived my response. response is very important to sellers and is theresponsibility of the buyer to leave response so the seller knows that the itemwas received. response is also important to buyers because many sellers willnot let people with low or poor response offer on their items. If you think thatthe treat of negative response is a way to bully me into partial or totalrefunds without using guidelines or my Terms you will not get anywhere……..I will not give into bullies or scammers. If it is a breakable damaged inshipping it is insured! I package everything carefully so just saying I packedyour box poorly or didn’t use enough bubble wrap will get you a refund &get to keep the piece so I cannot file a claim you are sadly mistaken! I willtake negative response first. Most good buyers know that if I have years ofpositive response for shipping & I get 1 negative it has to be because abuyer was being unreasonable not that I just decided to suddenly start shippingpoorly I hope they know it is not an excuse to demand partial refunds becauseyou see I must ship sloppily!

Liability – Seller assumes no past, presentor future liability for any item sold.

No Product Support– Knowexactly what you are buying, the application and how to use the item asintended by the original manufacturer.

Partial refunds – No discounting as this is unfairto other buyers that were offerding on the item. (See Vintage Items &response above)

Warranty – New old stock (NOS), used,antique, vintage, and \"AS IS\" items do not have a warranty.

Blocked buyers – Seller reserves right to blockanyone for any reason. If you have offer on any of my items and not paid you willbe blocked from any of my future sales.
