50/60Hz line operation / 120V and 220V line voltage. 3000VA rating with 10% drop on load, on a normalized 1:1 ratio transformer at 60Hz, with 90% window area fill, and layered, orthocyclic winding, with 20 mil insulation between layers.

This a laminated core ( no copper windings ) , made of Grain-Aligned magnetic steel, 12 mil thick lamination, inorganic insulation coating. It has a5 mil Mylarbase coatinglayer. You may want to add a layer of tape depending on your wire thickness chosen. Specs given are for 60Hz line frequency. 50Hz must be pro-rated down.
