30s Dress Crushed Black Velvet Vintage 1930s Big Puffed Shoulders Rare Art Deco:

A stunning, crushed black velvet dress with the most unique, raised shoulders/sleeves! It\'s in very good, durable condition for its age! It has a side brass zipper. I didn\'t see spots or stains. There are 4...at least what I noticed... very small holes. Some are not all the way holes just very thin areas where a hole is forming... and all are small. Please see the last photos! The material is strong and durable and since the velvet is so beautifully crushed, they aren\'t even noticeable... yet... seem easily mendable. Even so....it\'s reflected in the low starting price. This dress is truly one of a kind! It IS vintage so please always keep that in mind and expect some wear and shelf dust.
