Lot of 4 very rare and fantastic, 1893 Columbian Exposition / Chicago World\'s Fair, Chromolithograph Illustrated Advertising Trade Cards for various Kitchen Appliances made by the Enterprise Manufacturing Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

These simply fantastic and very rare, World’s Columbian Exposition Advertising Trade Cards each measure approx. 3 3/8\" by 4 7/8\" and feature fantastic color image on the front of various Buildings at the Columbian Exposition along with an amazing, comic illustrations featuring historical figures juxtaposed and using the Kitchen Appliance being advertised. The front of each Trade Card also features a humorous, four line \"ditty\" related to the Image and the product being advertised.

The back of the Trade Card features an image of the product being advertised and advertising text for the same.

Included here are Trade Cards advertising Enterprise Cherry Stoners; Bone, Shell and Corn Mills; Fruit, Wine and Jelly Presses; and the newly introduced Enterprise Ice Shredder. Historical figures featured on the Trade Cards include Revolutionary Soldiers, William Penn, Native American Indians, and soldiers and Native American Indians from the War of 1812.

These very rare and wonderful, Columbian Exposition / Enterprise Kitchen Appliance Advertising Trade Cards are all in excellent to near mint condition - clean and crisp and beautiful with sharp corners and with little to no wear of any kind. There is no indication that the Card was ever mounted in an album and the reverse is as well preserved as the front surface.
