Being offered for sale is this set of 4 Eastlake Victorian Walnut & Burl walnut Dining Game Table Chairs with beautiful floral needlepoint seats circa 1880\'s. Each of these chairs has a carved crest rail, fiddle shapedback splat with elegant carved hips rests. Each seat has beautiful floral needlepoint covering with gimp trim and decorative nail heads accenting the gimp. These chairs rest on multi ring turned legs with double stretchers.
Each chair measures 34 inches tall at the back, width measures 19 inches, seat depth is 16 inches and seat height to the floor is 18 inches and each chair weighs approximately 10 lbs.
These fine 19th century chairs are tight and solid, andthe needlepoint seats have no issues and are just gorgeous! A splendid set of 4 matching 19th century Victorian chairs for a breakfast table, dining tableor game table. Ready to be used and enjoyed for many more years to come.
