This toy looks to be in pretty good condition. The colors are great, the wheels work. It does have some scratches and spots here in there. The wind up key does turn but it doesn\'t seem to release to make the wheels go. I think someone who is mechanically inclined can fix this wind up part. I am able to release the spring but doesn\'t seem to do it on its own.
