Blade: the blade all are hand forged and use the oldjapanese methods of making swords.Hand forged with full tang. Hand polishingwith multiple grades sharpen stones,making sword sharper. And all my Japanesesword are full length tang, making swords more fixed and more stably.
the blade was totally forged & polished by hand.it\'sDamascus steel which is forged & folded base on 1060 . AISI 1060 carbon has1.24-1.64 impurity within it, decreasing the strength of the material and makingquenching process uncontrollable. it was folded 13-14 times to remove impurity ,making it harder and more flexibility . it also leaves special grain on theblade.they look very clear and nice.Generally,a damascus blade has more than8000 layers.
Blade comes with a full length Tang which enhances the strength whilewielding,quelified to cut off a bottle size bamboo.
it is also clay tempered ,making the cutting edge harder thanthe other area .
