Hello and thank you for looking at our sale. You are offerding on a mind blowing vintage estate natural sapphire & diamond ring cast in solid platinum. This is a very stately piece in every since of the word. We acquired the ring at an estate sale out of Sullivan\'s Island, South Carolina. The estate was owned by extremely wealthy local dignitaries & all of the items were of outstanding quality. The sapphire in this a 100% natural emerald cut measuring 7.55 x 5.61 millimeters in diameter with an estimated weight of 1.80 carats. This is the original sapphire, NOT a replacement. It is a beautiful cornflower / slate blue with a hue that mirrors Montana Sapphire or sapphires from Kanchanaburi. It is VVS (type II) in clarity with exceptional cutting, symmetry and polish. There are twenty (20) straight cut baguettes set in a CURVED design on both shoulders of the ring. I can not tell you how laboriously intensive it is to set baguettes in a curved pattern. It\'s one of the tale tale signs of stellar quality. The diamonds are all VS/FG in color and total 1.00 carat. There are six (6) marquis shaped diamonds that total .70 carats and twenty two (22) full cut round brilliants that total 1.10 carats. ALL of these diamonds are VS F/G/H goods. The total diamond weight is 2.80 carats. The face of this piece measures 22.88 x 22.50 millimeters in diameter and has a rise of 12.08 off the finger. It is constructed of solid platinum and weighs a massive 11.7 grams. The ring is currently a size 6 and can easily be resized. The estimated retail replacement value of this ring is approximately $32,000

Items ship USPS priority mail, fully insured with signature upon receipt for a flat rate of $7 unless otherwise noted. The actual cost is more than $7 to ship each item, so you do not pay full price. FOR PRE APPROVED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, THE CHARGE WILL BE A FLAT RATE OF $45. With the latest postal increase we can no longer afford to offer free shipping on our items. Our items are estate items which means they are previously owned and have typical wear and tear of such. Items are sold as-is unless there has been a material deviation in the description of the item. We can not accept returns on any item that has been resized or modified from its original state. Returns are not readily accepted due to the high risk of stone swapping and internet fraud. We want happy, repeat buyers. Should there be a problem with your item, you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt. If a return is necessary, you must ship the item back within 7 business days and provide tracking information. Item must be received back no later than 14 days from date item was first received. We are very reasonable, extremely fair sellers but we are not HIGH volume sellers. Our profit margin is MINIMAL and consigned items have to be paid out in a timely fashion. PLEASE be mindful of this.
