This is a fabulous new tailcoat - jacket. It is a beautiful blue upholstery fabric trimmed with silver embroidered roses on the back. It is fully lined.

The white dress is NOT included.

It should best fit a size Women\'s 4-6 according to the pattern. So I am saying this should fit a Small. There is no stretch. Please keep in mind that this is a 34-36\" bust pictured on a mannequin with a 32\" bust.
