This is a 49 piece set serving for 8 sterling silver flatware set. All pieces are freshly polished and in excellent condition--very lightly used. It was made by Gorham and is Strasbourg pattern. Trademark is the full \"Gorham\" (see photo) which I believe means it was made after 1950. There approximately 59.25 oztroy total (counting butter spreader knives and dinner knives as half weight) silver total. The pieces are: 1 regular serving spoon 8 1/2\", 1 slotted serving spoon 8 1/2\", 8 regular forks 7\", 8 salad forks 6 3/8\", 8 teaspoons 5 7/8\", 8 round soup spoons 6 1/4\", 7 New French blade dinner knives 9\", 2 Modern blade dinner knives 9\", 6 new French blade butter knives 6 1/4\", and 2 modern blade butter knives 6 1/4\". I appears a previous owner may have made a mistake in replacement of knives thus the 4 modern blade knives--they blend in nicely though. Absolutely beautiful stately set.
