1. We provide a full refund incase you havereceived an item which is not as per the description given by us. Items can bereturned within 15 days from the date of purchase in the same condition as theywere sent.The complete amount would be refunded once we receive the itemback.

2. We provide a Replacement Guarantee, incase you\'ve received a damaged or a defective item which may have happenedduring shipment (although the shipment is packaged with utmost care), you canreturn it to us for replacement with 15 days. There would be no charges.

3. We also provide replacement of items.Incase you would like us to replace the item with another item in our stock wecharge an additional 10 % for restocking, plus shipment.

Incase you would like to return the items;we charge a restocking fees of 15 %. This includes our cost of shipment as well as other custom clearance charges at our end.

4.Before returning the goods, please make sure you have the right documents whichare required to be submitted with the return shipment. These documents varyfrom country to country. We would be happy to assist the buyer at this stage inany way we can. If any penalty is imposed by Indian customs, becauseof the lack of proper documents, then that amount be deducted from the refundamount.
