Up for your offer consideration is a vintage set of inlaid wood triangle tables by A. Cuomo Co. Sorrento, Italy. These were purchased by our Aunt and Uncle years ago when they went to Italy for vacation. They ordered this set and had it shipped here to the United States. This used to form a hexagon table when all 6 pieces were placed together. Sadly one of the tables got destroyed in moving to our home when we inherited it and the legs were smashed on the 6th piece. I do still have it if the winning buyer is interested in it, you may have it and it could possibly be restored, we just never looked into it. The 5 remaining tables are all very beautiful. They are triangular in shape and feature hinged tops and can be positioned in a number of ways or used as a single piece. The tops are decorated with an exquisite marquetry pattern of florals and foliate scrolling. The woods are in various shades of light maple and darker maple along with ash accents and an oak background. The slender tapered legs have marquetry flowers in light maple at the tops of each leg. These tables are meant to be musical with winding keys that can be found on the underside of each table along with paper maker\'s tags that include the song names. The Reuge logo is stamped on each of the winding keys, and the inscription \"Swiss Musical Movement\" is also on the paper tags. The bad news is only one of them is in proper working order (Love Story). Some play too slow, some fail to operate upon opening, one plays but won\'t stop when the lid closes (Isola de Capri). It is unfortunate but again this might be something that can be fixed, we just never did so or looked into it. There is some very slight crazing in the finish along with some surface scratches to the legs but overall these are beautiful pieces and I am listing them at a rock bottom price. Normally you only see two of these listed and there have been a few here and there. You will get all 5 plus the original catalog to which these were ordered from. I can not ship these and can only offer a local pick up. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have BEFORE offerding.
