Really cute small size animal head balloons.

As the Tiger is a bit smaller than the others I will pop in a free balloon to make up for it.

Probably too small to float if filled with helium. I recommend plain air to fill.
\'Foil\' so suitable for helium or air- when inflating stop before completely full then go very slowly to avoid bursting. Just the same as with latex balloons.
All balloons can be filled with helium. The question is whether they will hold enough to lift them (don\'t forget to take the weight of the ribbon into account - use fishing line if it is touch and go) and how long they will hold it for. Please see the dimensions listed and use your common sense here.
All \'foil\' balloons are made of 2 thin layers of nylon heat sealed together. Some are metallized (shiny) and some are not (not shiny). They are NOT made of actual foil.
