T. Cohn Inc. Tin Litho Doll House, very cool piece!
All the furniture you see comes with it also, a good
start so you can hunt for the rest! NOT MANY OF THESE LEFT.
Red Furniture in the one room and the
Bathroom fixturesare allStrombecker from the 1930\'s.
Condition: Some denting, most is on the roof, four tabs missing
for the first floor inner walls top but i made some replacements,
angle bracket on the left side is missing but i made a replacement
tab for that also.
House will be shipped disassembled to insure its safe & undamaged delivery
to its new owner. Measures assembled 28\" long x 13\" deep x 18\" tall to the
top of the chimney.
I try to describe any damage to the best of our ability, but believe in the
adage that a picture speaks 1000 words! If you have a specific question that
