Made in Japan by Linemar 1950s.
The toy is made of tin with fabric jacket.
Approx. 5\" tall.

Condition:
The wind up is a bit stiff and works periodically. Sometimes need a little poke.
Some tear on the jacket and right stick is extended.
Some wear and scratches.
Overall, the toy is still in good condition.
