This nautilus shell planter has a beautiful peacockand purple iridescent finish. It will look lovely on your display shelf. Itmeasures 6 inches tall and 6½ inches long, and 2 inches wide at the front ofthe shell.

This planter is in very good vintage condition. There is aminor amount of wear of the gold not easily seen, see photos. There are nochips, cracks, and, remarkably, no crazing so prevalent in mid-century products.Produced by Tropic Treasures by Ceramicraft, San Clemente, Calif.

My father, a ceramic artist, gave this shellplanter to my mother, who always had sprigs of ivy spilling out of it. It may beone of his creations, since he worked for several Southern California ceramicsmanufacturers.

Itis sparkling clean on the outside; the inside has mineral deposits. It has beenkept in my own dry and smoke-free home. There is no flood damage, no mold,mildew, or musty odor. If you are the lucky winner, you will receive the exactitem pictured.
