This is a Boy Scout commemorative dish that measures 4 1/4\" diameter. The dish reads, \" 50th Anniversary A Half Century of Service 1921-1971....Theodore Roosevelt Council Boy Scouts of America\". The dish depicts a group of Quail in desert with saguaro catus and mountain in background. The Boy Scout Emblem is in the center. The colors are orange, yellow and brown. There is not a back mark.
