This elegant solidoak pediment dates to themid-1800\'s. It was originally the crown on a large French buffet. It has many potential uses as a mantel, pediment or even a bed headboard crown. It is all hand carved from solid oak with lots of detail and deep carvings. This crest is in very good antique conditionwith only minor nicks and scratches consistentwith its age. Dimensions:56\" long, 11\" high and 7\" thick (front to back).
