It is in very shiny condition and I see no use marks. There are 59 pieces to this set. The set is missing 2 oval soup spoons to be a complete set for 8. There are 8 round bouillon soup spoons. This set has 8 dinner knives, 8 dinner forks, 8 salad forks, 6 oval soup spoons, 8 round bouillon or cream soup spoons, 8 teaspoons, 8 dessert teaspoons and there are 2 large solid serving spoons, a large cold meat fork, a sugar spoon and a butter knife. If you see any dark spots in the pictures it is just a reflection. All pieces are nice and shine like a mirror.
