Nicknamed, \"The Russian Emerald,\" due to its color resembling the finest emerald green. This gem is difficult to cut due to its strong cleavage and hard enough to be worn in jewelry, one of the most popular of all green stones but never enough supply to meet demand. Nice rich deep green colors, transparent, from near eye clean to light inclusions, with attractive face up and eye appeal. Custom full table checkerboard cushion cut approx. 8x6mm. Nice lot of ring and/or earring stones.
