This kit consists of laser cut wood, white metal and plastic detail parts and just two pieces of stripwood. No cutting required. Even the window glazing is precut to size. Trim boards and paper shingles have a peel and stick backing for glue free assembly and the kit includes easy to follow instructions with a color photo of the finished model. Assembly time is about two evenings.
