Our Spirit Boards measure 20\" 7/8 X 14\" 7/8. Our Spirit Boards are not particle board, cardboard, plywood or any other cheap material. We only use solid wood and feel spirits can work better through them. You will not be getting a Spirit Board that smells of Stains, Oils, or Clear Coats as our products produce no odors.

Boards feature a nice routed and finished edge that make them look very attractive. Wood grains and swirls will look amazing. Our clear coating is just outstanding! It is very thick and mirror like on the working side of the board. This coating also provides the slickest surface we\'ve ever experienced. It\'s as if the Planchette is sliding on a hot sheet of oil when using our felt footed planchettes. There is very little resistance and even the weakest of spirits will be able to communicate with you.Planchette\'s are included with every board.

Boards may exhibit shallow dimples in the clear coating. There is not much we can do about this and it\'s almost impossible to take a picture of. This is mostly seen when the board is held at an angle and can be seen within it\'s glare. Some boards may also have a slight cup. In nearly all cases this is not an issue and if it was it would be noted in the listing. We will provide you with a picture of every boards edge on every listing so you can determine if this is acceptable for you. Sometimes the clear coat will pull back from the edge a tad (1/16 - 1/8 of an inch) while it is curing. It\'s a minor issue but just be sure to look over the pictures to make sure this is acceptable for you. All boards are hand made and every one will have itsnatural woodquarks :)

Boards are top notch in our opinion and also of those who have seen them first hand at our shop. They are extremely beautiful, more so inpersonthan in the pictures.All sales are final so please look over pictures very carefully and ask questions before your purchase.
