8 1/2\" HOPI DECORATED POTTERY BOWL c. 1920s - Mint ConditionOriginal $2.50 Price Sticker on Bottom This is a wonderful Hopi decorated pottery bowl from about the 1920s, or so, that is in excellent, original condition. Bowl is 8 1/2\" in diameter and 2 7/8\" high. It is in perfect condition with a nicely painted geometric design made up of typical Hopi elements, and the clay is stone polished and decorated with dark red and black pigments. The design is well executed and very finely painted, and it retains the original price sticker on the bottom showing that it sold for $2.50 when new. This was just found in New England, and it is a beautiful and crisp example of Hopi pottery.
