Measurement should be in inches.Wig size corresponds to doll\'s head circumference size. Example: A size 6-7 wig will fit a doll with a head circumference range of 6\" to 7\".You can imagine how it will look on the different size dolls, more full on 8\" circumference head and thinner on larger dolls.
