When the doll was issued she had a small doll with her – there is no other doll now, and this doll is offered “as is”. The doll has jointed head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips and knees and her ash blonde mohair wig is worn in the curly style all over hear head with full bangs and perky hair bow. She has painted dark blue eyes and other facial features. , She is dressed in fancy pink and moss green dress with pink slip and panties. Lace trimmed anklets and pink pearlized Mary Jane’s with side snap closure. The dress is labeled and she wears original wrist tag. There is no box - she is offered exactly as pictured. I am selling many Madame Alexander dolls in the coming weeks – they are all clean and in very good condition. RETURN POLICY: Most items offered have been previously owned and may show signs of normal wear and tear. If you have questions, please ask before offerding. We offer a return on any item that is found not to be as listed in the description. When an item is listed “as is” no return is offered. Returns must be requested within 14 days from end of sale - refund will be for purchase price only – postage is not refundable.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING: Expedited shipping is available - contact me directly for details/pricing. Postage is for 48 contiguous states (additional postage is due for Alaska, Hawaii and the territories). I ship via USPS priority mail, however since there is such a wide range of fees from east to west coast, if an item is very large and/or heavy, it may be shipped parcel post. Breakable items will have insurance included in postage and handling fee and most items will have delivery confirmation; the tracking number will be posted on once the item is shipped. Should an item’s shipping charges be less than the quoted amount in the sale, the difference will be returned to the buyer. Multiple purchases will be combined whenever possible are shipped for the cost of box weight only. I ship on Tuesday and Friday and sometimes in between but try to ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:Whenever possible your item(s)n will be shipped via First Class International. Insurance is not available with that option. Should you wish to have the item insured, or if it exceeds the weight for First Class, the item will ship Priority International and the fee includes insurance. All International sales are payable with Paypal – no other payment method is acceptable. Please note: Delays in delivery mostly occur at buyer’s local customs office where packages are required to clear. Items leave the USA within hours of posting.
