This game set measures 9-inch square and is and is about 2 inches thick. Glass boards on both sides - one for chess & checkers, the other for backgammon. Appears to me to be made of oak wood. Box is well made, glass fits tight. It opens to hold the game pieces. All of the chess pieces are here. For checkers/backgammon, there are five of the gold-colored rounds missing. All 15 of the silver-colored ones are there. So for dominoes, you are two short and five short for backgammon.Since backgammon is not too common, you could paint two of the silver onesto match the gold ones and you would at least have the12 checkers.
