Chinese,清朝 (Qing Dynasty) 19thcentury in date, (康熙 Kangxistyling).
This example with painted mark (double) concentric circles.Of wheel thrown and turned baluster form - the turned foot encircles the recessed base. The vase is sectional in construction, the waisted neck jointed at the shoulder - the assembly seam internally prominent.
The surface is finished with extremely fine polychrome enamel work. The figurative decoration incorporates young women within a court setting. A two wheeled hand carriage is incorporated within the decoration to the neck - see image 9. The figurative decoration is horizontally divided by repeating geometric designs and trellis form bands.
Image 12. details the recessed base - the base finished with slightly off centre underglaze concentric blue rings.
The rim has at some time suffered damaged, subsequently resulting in a section being lost - see images 9, 10 & 11. The damage does not effect the figurative decoration - the vase can be positioned accordingly for display, (restoration is of course an option).Overall height - 13 5/8\" (346mm).

Condition: Fair - As described. No repairs
