The quality of the colorplates in these reprints are of the same high standard as the first editionspublished in 1953-1955. No ownership marks and no signs of use. The rear outer corner ofthe wrappers and the last few pages of the index of volume 2 show a watermark(the remainder of the text and plates are unaffected); a tight and clean set innear fine condition.
