You don\'t see one of these every day. It is 11cm tall, the base is11cm in diameter and the top 6cm. It is marked as shown, made by James Dixon, there doesn\'t appear to be a date letter although I assume that it was made the same year as the presentation, I doubt they kept these on the shelf, it must be a commission piece. The band that the inscription is on is loose and has no marks, it could be plate but why? The gasometer could do with a clean and the hand rail at the top is slightly distorted but otherwise it is in nice condition. Please look carefully at the photos before offerding and thanks for looking.
