A Superb Large Solid Silver Lid & Hob Nail Cut Vanity Jar, byHenry Matthews, Assay Hallmarked, Birmingham 1910.
This is a lovely jar, in excellent condition for it\'s 107 years of age, with it\'s silver repousse lid depicting angels, also the glass has no chips or cracks. The jar would make a nice collectors item, or a great present for someone special, would look great on a ladies dressing table. The jar stands about 2-3/4\" tall.
This is a fixed priced sale, so no stressful, finger biting sales, just one click to buy with ease.
PS Silver is very difficult tophotograph because it\'s reflection picks up the photographer, hence any tinging.Also, these items are not new, most are over 100 years old, some 200 and over, so will have some defects, unless they had a charmed life.
