Korea,Joseon period, 15th to 16th century.
It’s of flattened circular form, brushed painted freelyoverall with white slip
over a grayish white glaze, the slop shoulder and the tallstraight neck supporting
a lipped mouth, resting on a raised foot ring, probablyaccident redish iron spotted
a near foot side and mouth rim during firing which appearsmore naïve attraction.
It’s a two smallchips to the rim and foot rim, otherwise it’s good condition oveall body.
It measures 8.75” h.x 5.75” w. x 5.25” d. (22.5cm x 16.3 cm x 13.2 cm).
