A pair of 19th century Chinese blue and white porcelain dragon vases Kangxi mark:

This pair of vases is finely hand painted in underglaze blue,each depicting two confronting four-clawed dragons flanking an orb/pearl ofwisdom amongst clouds and with a stylised band to the bottom section. Kangxifour character mark to base.

Approximate weight: 242g, 211g (approx. combinedweight: 453g).

Approximate height: 13.3cm, 13.4cm.

One vase unfortunately hasbeen broken and re-glued in several sections, it has nibbling/fritting to thetop rim and the base rim, the other vase has a section to the neck that hasbeen broken and re-glued and some major fritting to the top rim, a hairline to theneck (approx. 1.5cm) and some minor nibbling/fritting to the base rim and noother chips, cracks or restorations.
