A very rare/beautiful Chinese 18C blue&white Chenghua mark figural plate-Kangxi:

On offer is a very rare and beauthiful Chinese 18th century blue and white plate decorated in the center with as figural scene featuring the Zhou politician Jiang Ziya who was fishing with a straight hook at Weishui while waiting the call from the King of Zhou. The rim is elaborately decorated with floral patterns and the reserve by spray of flowers. It ismeasured at 21 cm in diameter and dated to the Kangxi period with a Chenghua six character mark to the base. The condition is excellent with minor rim chips and several rim hairlines.
