A very unusual vintage Sterling Silver and Gold Ball Rattle Pendant and Chain - and in great condition. This different little piece is an ornate pierced and embossed silver globe holder [ unhallmarked but is silver] which holds a gold metal ball which is a Rattle and has a bell like sound. The holder securely shuts and fastens with a fold over ball and loop. The rattle measures 1\" across and has a large loop. The chain is sterling silver 18\" long. All weighs 12.4 gms. Looks superb on and lovely for Baby to play with.
