Item: Antique American cut glass squat water bottle (possibly useful for decanting wine) from the American Brilliant Period of cut glass, circa 1900-1910. Nice blank. Unmarked. Believed to be Clark \"Jewel\" pattern or a variation. Heavy piece.

Condition: Excellent. Base and top are in outstanding condition. There are 9 tiny nicks in the pattern cutting. See picture close ups to see the condition.

Measures: 7 1/2\" tall, 3\" across opening, 6 1/2\" wide.

More Details: This piece was meticulously hand cut by a master cutter using a cutting wheel. The Brilliant Period notoriously drew the best glass cutters from England, Ireland, and Continental Europe to the United States seeking the higher wages brought on by the Industrial Revolution. I am a former member of the American Cut Glass Association ACGA.

The further away from nyc you are, and the bigger the package, the significantly more expensive the shipping cost gets. West of the Mississipi and then West Coast rates are progressively higher.
